Pentafree-40 Injections Injection is a combination of four medicines: Chlorpheniramine Maleate, Phenylephrine, Paracetamol and Sodium citrate which relieve common cold symptoms.
Pentafree-40 is a proton pump inhibitor (PPI). It works by reducing the amount of acid in the stomach.
